After class in Kurnool a couple weeks ago Pastor Victor Vemuri took me to visit the tomb of Y S Rajasekhara Reddy. Rajasekhara Reddy was a very popular chief minister of Andhra Pradesh until a fatal helicopter accident in 2009. He was popular in general because of his many social welfare programs.
